Now, women can easily make their own decisions with free consent due to their some awareness about their rights, especially regarding dissolution of marriage. Majority of women is still ignorant about dissolution of marriage on the ground of Khul’. Therefore, it is very necessary to explain all different aspects of “doctrine of Khul’” for ensuring justice in our society. The present research has mainly explored the grounds of judicial Khul’ and other relevant incidents in the light of Pakistani Case Law based on Islamic family Law. The research is based primarily on the decisions of superior courts of Pakistan. The decisions of family courts of Pakistan have been included in the discussion. The relevant provisions of the Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939 and the Family Courts Act, 1964 have also been debated. The difference between Khul’ and other modes of dissolution of marriage have also been elaborated briefly.
2022-12-31T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Lecturer, Department of Law, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur., Prof. Dr. Rao Imran Habib https://alamir.com.pk/index.php/ojs/article/view/42 مزاح کے انسانی نفسیات پر اثرات اسلامی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں 2023-03-10T00:49:46-05:00 Wasif Hussain turabi5654@gmail.com Dr, Muhammad Shahbaz Manj drshahbazuos@hotmail.com
Every branch of art leaves a deep impact on the human psyche, but the immortal fact is that the reason for their creation is also to reduce the tension of the human mind. The most representative theory of humor in philosophy and psychology and even in physics. Is the idea of well-being, comfort or well-being? Broadly speaking, this suggests that humor (which has an obvious physiological effect) has effects on the nervous system and allows different levels of stress to be released. In other words, laughter and good humor have the ability to release stored nervous energy.

Humor is included in human nature and man has a strong desire for this thing that there should be such means for him to express joy and expansion. Because through them, man is blessed with mental and physical peace and comfort. In these things, he considers the survival of his self-respect. Islam not only allows humor, sports and entertainment, but also sets rules and regulations within which human beings can fulfill their natural needs. Its cultural traditions should also be propagated. As the head and governor of the Islamic state, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) made the best arrangements for his state, the taste of the people and their entertainment, and set an example for the rulers that, like other matters, oppression in this not to be taken for granted, fun and humor are part of human nature. He (ﷺ) allowed fun and laughter and He (ﷺ) himself used to be cheerful. Islam admires cheerfulness and cheerfulness, and encourages it so that people can be refreshed and perform their duties in an auspicious manner.

Through this paper, it will be clarified that what are the effects of humor on human psychology and what are the teachings of Islam and the Prophet of Islam in this regard.

Key Word: Fine Arts, Humor, Human terms, Human humor
2023-03-10T00:43:39-05:00 Hafiz Muhammad Umair hafizmuhammadumair1990@gmail.com Dr. Mahmood Sultan Khokhar hafizmuhammadumair1990@gmail.com
Human nature has become collectivist. And man's survival is in living together and fulfilling the necessities of life through mutual cooperation. As a result, a system of mutual relation is formed; the state has relation with the other state just as the individual has relations with the individual. If there is no balance and harmony in this relationship, then mutual conflict and tension is natural. In fact, international law has its beginnings from the Islamic era. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) conveyed the universal message of the Islamic State throughout the world through his foreign Strategy and diplomatic letters. Away from the concept of globalization, the importance of foreign relations has become more important in modern times. Therefore, just as it is necessary for the Islamic state to harmonize with the world conditions and events according to the requirements of the modern era, it is also necessary for the Islamic state to keep its ideological position in mind in all situations. So that the foreign strategy of the Islamic State is established on strong foundations and its principles are formulated in the light of International Law and Sharia.

Keywords: International Law, Foreign Policy, Foundations, Islamic era
There are many beliefs in the sects that are common, while the differences are very small and minor. The differences are usually of a sectarian, ijtihad and preferential nature. But the false powers are using these sectarian differences to spread extremist thinking, which is a poison for the Muslim Ummah.

Closeness is essential for the survival of the Muslim faith. This unity should not be temporary but should be a message of intellectual and spiritual, material well-being, spiritual maturity and evolution of mental development and unity should be universal. No matter how much the two groups disagree, there are many commonalities. It is important for convergent beliefs to cultivate commonalities rather than divisive ones. So that the atmosphere of hatred is reduced and an atmosphere of unity is created.

The history of Islam bears witness to the fact that the Imams, jurists, narrators and commentators have differed on a number of issues. Despite this difference, love, goodwill, brotherhood and unity prevailed. For such interfaith tolerance and harmony, mutual respect is also necessary.

Key words: Convergence of beliefs, Unity and solidarity, Interdisciplinary, Shared, Sub-differences, Universal
2023-03-10T00:54:40-05:00 Imran Aslam jimalik71@gmail.com Prof. Dr Sajid Asdullah sajidasdullah@gmail.com
Every person in the world is respectable because he is a human being. All religions of the world have taught respect for humanity. It will not be wrong if we say that respect is the common heritage of humanity living in the world. Mutual respect is the secret and distinction of the development of nations. How many nations and cultures became enviable simply because they respected each other? In the present era, the dignity of humanity is being trampled everywhere. The murder market is hot everywhere. The standards of human respect are changing, sincerity, truth, human equality, and values are being replaced by deceit, greed, envy, and selfishness. And it is done according to the resources. Man is the best of creation and legitimate respect and honor is his basic right. Therefore, no one can see his self-respect being undermined. That's why it has become very important to bring up topics like respect for humanity and explain the position and status of human beings in the light of religious books so that the respect and dignity of human beings are being trampled underfoot today, people should be made aware of the true status and status of human beings should be informed so that the importance of human blood can be estimated. An attempt will be made in this paper to present a comparative review regarding the respect and reverence that human has for Islam and Hinduism.

Keywords: Respect for Humanity, Superior to all creatures, Religion, Islam, Hinduism, Respect, Self-respect
2022-12-31T00:00:00-05:00 Copyright (c) 2022 Fazal Haq
