He included Madani verses in some Macan Surahs, which may be due to the completion of subjects or the merging of similar verses and the continuation of the Quranic verse on which the commentators have different views. Some verses were revealed in Makkah after the Hijrah, but they are present in the Madani Surah according to the present order of detention. Similarly, the verses revealed during the journey, which were revealed in areas far from Madinah, the place of Mina and Arafat, and the journey to Meraj, are the verses of Mecca, even though they were revealed after the migration. The verses that were revealed during the migration were also included in the Macan Surahs and after the migration, you traveled hundreds of miles away from Madinah and the verses that were revealed at these places were Madani or Macan. If they were Madani, then why were they kept in Macan Surahs.

Why was this done and what are the reasons for it?

Is it not such an arrangement to invalidate the inspired Word?

Was it a different order than the inspired one?

Is it not possible to take these verses from the surahs in which these verses were revealed or to place them in other surahs, to spoil the connection of the previous surahs, or to leave their subjects incomplete? The article under discussion will discuss the topics, discussions, introduction of the verses, details, and reasons for placing the verses in their place in the Macan Surahs and the order and contextual context of these verses. An analytical study of the reasons for separation will be presented.

Maria Majeed Muhammad Noman Majeed Copyright (c) 2022 Maria Majeed, Muhammad Noman Majeed 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 3 01 1 25 حدیثِ لولاک کا تحقیقی و تجزیاتی مطالعہ
The importance and authenticity of the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) in the Muhammadan Ummah is an undisputed fact. A large number of Muḥaddithīn and imams spent their lives in collecting and editing the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH) and compiled a collection of hadiths. These hadiths were classified according to their health and weakness. Due to the efforts of the imams, there are hadiths narrated from the Messenger of Allah on all sciences and knowledge and issues and rulings. Among them are Hadith Qudsī, Ma‘rūf, Mawkūf, Maktū‘, Saḥiḥ, Ḥasan Za‘īf and all other types of Hadith. The same Hadith e Qudsīyyah also includes a Hadith Lawlāk "لولاک" refers to those hadiths in which the Prophet ﷺ has been described as the cause of the creation of the universe and the origin of the universe. That is the hadith in which Allah Almighty has related the Prophet (PBUH) as the reason for creating the universe and its beings. However, the words of "Hadith e Lawlāk" The authenticity of the hadith has been made a subject of discussion. Some imams have declared this hadith to be weak and some have also said that it is valid. However, a large number of scholars have agreed on the authenticity of this hadith and the hadith has been declared correct in terms of meaning and has been recorded in the books of hadith, biographies and interpretations and other subject books. In the article under review, the sayings of Imams on the health and weakness of Hadith Lawlāk have been presented and research analysis of the said Hadith has been done through simulation and rational arguments.
Hafiza Sania Mushtaq Siddiqua Tahira Copyright (c) 2022 Hafiza Sania Mushtaq, Siddiqua Tahira 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 3 01 26 37 منتخب کتب سیرت کے مناہج و خصوصیات؛ایک تعارفی جائزہ
Sirah of the Holy Prophet ﷺ have always been of great importance for the Muslim Ummah. In which numerous issues and their details are discussed. For example, thousands of issues such as purification, adhān, prayers, funeral prayers, Taraweeh prayers etc. are explained. While Ibn Taymiyyah differs from many scholars in other jurisprudential issues, he also takes different positions in discussions related to prayers. For example, the Qaḍā of prayers cannot be performed; the answer to the call to prayer can be given even in the state of prayers, the issue of eight Tarawīḥ and the limitation of distance for short prayers. In the same way, there are differences in matters related to funeral prayers, for example, if the funeral prayer of the deceased has been performed, his prayers will not be offered in absentia, and it is not permissible for the Holy Prophetﷺ to offer good deeds. In the present article, it is intended to explain the issues in which Ibn Taymiyyah has taken a different position and the arguments based on which he has established it, to know the jurisprudential differences of Ibn Taymiyyah and the arguments behind these differences. From them, the jurisprudential insight and position of the Imam could be assessed.
Fazal Haq Copyright (c) 2022 Fazal Haq 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 3 01 59 73 کتاب النکاح سے متعلق ابنِ تیمیہ کے فقہی تفردات کا تجزیاتی مطالعہ
Marriage has been given the status of half-faith, based on which a family is formed, and society is established. Marriage is associated with issues of lineage and inheritance and a section of the Quran describes this subject. The jurists have explained in detail the issues of marriage, dowry, breastfeeding, 'iddah, and alimony under the book of marriage. Ibn Taymiyyah, like other jurisprudential issues, has differed from several jurists on issues related to marriage. For example, it is fair for a man to marry his wife's foster mother and foster daughter. Marriage can take place in any of the terms or words from which the meaning of marriage is derived. Like the father, the grandfather also has the right to marry a minor girl without her permission, it is permissible to marry, the wife has the right to terminate the marriage in case of defect in Haq-e-Mahr, etc. All such jurisprudential dissent will be explained with arguments so that one can be aware of Ibn Taymiyyah's dissent and the arguments behind it.
Hafiz Muhammad Fakhru Din Fazal Haq Copyright (c) 2022 Hafiz Muhammad Fakhru Din, Fazal Haq 2022-06-30 2022-06-30 3 01 74 94 شیخ عبدالحق محدث دہلوی کی تصنیفی و تالیفی خدمات؛ ایک تعارفی جائزہ
Sheikh Abdul Haq Muḥaddith Dehlavi is one of the prominent muhaddithin of the Subcontinent.
